Do it yourself bird shower/bath

My birds are nasty. They never wanna bath. They hardly even drink their water. I've actually seen them drink water twice and it was like one sip.
They act like cats when it comes to bathing so I'm thinking of other ways to lure them into a bird bath. -

They use their mouth to clean their feathers. They ignore the bird bath I have inside their cage. I gave Sapphire a bath in the sink . But it was more like putting her into the shallow water and he would fly out of it.

The "mouth" is called "beak"…I think.
