Had Boris Shcherbina been born a bit later than he was, he could had been first Russian President instead of Boris Yeltsin. But he probably would had died any way due to radiation exposure. All Mikhail was worried about was hurt feelings and his rank instead of the radiation, reminds me of them petty users on imdb who held onto pointless grudges.
