I've been doing this everyday for the past couple weeks. I just assume they are good for you since they are fruit, but haven't been feeling great lately. I'm think I'm even starting to pee cherry it's so red! This is the size of the bag:

You can overcome that by eating beets. Your pee will be so red, you won't notice the cherries.
