    Look, just eat cleaner and record it all in fitness pal. The app will calculate your daily intake, don't exceed the calories it gives you and make sure you hit your macros. Just do this for a few weeks and you will see results. You may be surprised at how much you can eat.

        Okay it takes calories to build muscle … the more muscle you build the more calories you burn ,it’s a long process ,with patience you will get what your looking for 👍

                Just go for a jog/run everyday, do some ab workouts and workouts with light dumbbells.
