I'm getting healthier - I don't need cough drops as much.

— 5 years ago(August 18, 2020 08:43 AM)My throat had been tickling when I ate like I needed to throw up when I didn't. I took my vitamins more regularly recently and it seems to have done the trick. One thing I take is vitamin C. I think it's the 1,000 level per day. I've been taking pills, including vitamin C, for a long time.

— 5 years ago(August 18, 2020 08:58 AM)I took multivitamins I think, at least as a kid.
I took calcium for ballet in high school, and it helped. I also take flaxseed oil, vitamin D, and glucosamine and chondroitin. Those are for bones and joints.
My mom said she took vitamin C for cancer and that me taking it was basically preventing me from getting cancer.
Another one I found I need and helps is vitamin E for my heart. I used to feel pain or tremors in a way, like something was wrong. Not when I take those pills. I took some for my blood and I think heart my aunt said, and I really don't feel many problems with my heart unless I had too much unhealthy things that I don't need or could do without somehow. I was a health nut age 16, 17, 18, and half of 19. Then, I came home from college.
I think I got high cholesterol from too many hamburgers which I cooked at home from frozen boxes, and after those pills I got diabetes. I know exercise brings it down and that my cholesterol is still high and so I still need those pills. See, I didn't like my family's Asian food, something was wrong, so I had unhealthy things. I can't remember exactly, though.
