You mean directly from Covid, or what has been reported as being Covid?

The scientist said covid-19. I'm assuming that statistic is based upon accurate information.

It is easy to throw around a statistic, when how can it possibly be absolute or accurate to pinpoint Covid as the actual cause of death? There are 7.5 billion people on the planet. It doesn't reflect the whole picture. This would also have to be compared to other ailments the patients suffered and also age demographic, not to mention other similar influenza type viruses. I'd say it is anecdotal only and not to be taken as gospel truth.
There would also be many unreported deaths, in which the deceased could have contracted Covid and died with it, but not necessarily from it.

Okay so the piece was actually about climate change and the glaciers melting faster than scientist initially thought. He says that as a comparison to the high human mortality rate cause from pollution. So he's stating statistics for one to compare with another threat to humanity.
I listen to what he was telling the news reporter. I chose to discuss only the covid-19 death rate.
You're saying that medical examiners don't know the difference between someone dying of covid-19 or pneumonia? They examine the dead patient, do the necessary blood work tissue samples and so forth…their conclusion was a lie?

There have been many lies surrounding Covid. It is also known that there have been false positives reported and not to mention the narrative spin promulgated by the MSM at the behest of government agencies to spin fear.
Bringing up pneumonia is a good point. Pneumonia has been something that has been around for yonks and yet none of this Covid hype has surrounded it by placing folks into 'lockdowns' to avoid them catching it. I don't see it as being any different. Is there much difference?
Accurate medical examination reports would have to be studied and researched to pin-point 'absolute' Covid deaths. How is all this data going to be accurately collated and dispersed and yet not manipulated? The truth will also lie somewhere in the middle, especially with the dubious agendas abound.

Yes! And one should really lay praise at the feet of Covid, because it has been made to appear that it is the only thing one need fear and die from, especially the low mortality rate in context of the entire world population. It has made us appear immortal….😛

                    Not really.
Where I live other winter ailments such as the common cold declined as did Nora Virus, it makes sense that lockdown and social distancing would halt transmission of other viruses.
The only virus that spread was chicken pox when the schools and nurseries re-opened but (I could be wrong) I think that can spread from an adult with Shingles.
