      I like to do aerobics with Amazon Prime Video and now BeFit, which is also on Amazon. I get tired of aerobic/floor exercise. I've also done a lot of walking and before slow jogging more often. I sorta need a break from just walking or jogging. I feel great when I do a floor or aerobic workout.
      Okay, so I just started pumping it up. I did a 10 minute morning yoga workout the other day. I like to go 30 minutes if I like something. Anyway, I guess the full workout videos are often like around 45 minutes? Yesterday, I did a dance workout for 45 minutes. It wasn't so bad. I'm not sure if I've rejuvenated from it that I could do something like it again today, though. I was struggling at the end with the moves, too. I'm a little apprehensive but excited, that I can do this, workouts longer than 1/2 hour.
