People who maintained a vegetarian diet were also found to be twice as likely to be ‘mentally disturbed’, reports several websites, and generally have poorer mental health. The University of Graz study says that vegetarians were twice as likely to suffer from anxiety or depression (a similar study from University of Hildesheim found that vegetarians suffered more from depressions, anxiety, psychosomatic complaints and eating disorders).
That's just for vegetarians. Vegans get even less essential nutrients so they will be even crazier. If you happen to know one of these unfortunate souls, please get them the mental help they need. Thank you. -

All up to last year I was getting yelled at and threatened for eating animal like cow, fish, fowl, seafood.
But now since Covid-19 I'm getting threatened and a smear campaign against me because I prefee healthier food choices, and don't want to eat Pinky's and Spoony's nasty greasy food?

That is interesting, but the question is, which came first? They have poor mental health because they are vegan? Or they are vegan because they have poor mental health? I'd guess it's the former. Humans weren't made to subsist on an entirely plant based diet and will lack vital nutrients that are necessary for brain health.
