The F1 with the thicc neck and the sprint kayaker looking like he was getting ready for high-speed double-dutch were my favourites. There are some serious feats of physicality here.

Makiwara training. I used a concrete wall in my basement when I was 14 years old. Although I did train karate, I did this alone, so the “we” part was a lie.
I’d hit the concrete wall 300-500 times most days at like 25% full power and did it for at least a year. I stopped because I read online it can lead to arthritis.
