    Why don’t I do anything about it ? I mean I hate exercise and healthy food , I always wake up needing and I mean NEEDING something sweet to eat

      I bet you 20 pounds sterling that at a minimum Tesco sells zero sugar cookies, crackers, etc I know because I have bought them myself
