It comes with mango and mint chutneys plus some sort of mango dessert.
I usually order paneer tikka masala or veggie korma which both have thick rich sauces but I wanted to be a little healthier today.

Sounds perfectly balanced to my ears.
I'm too big a fan of both tikka masala and korma to let either pass me by if given the opportunity.
You have more resolve than I do with tasty food.

Indian and Thai are my favorites but Thai is less vegetarian friendly plus lots of carbs (noodles and rice)

Thais do love their rice but they are a bit wishy washy on the whole vegetarian aspect of Buddhism.
Hindi people are much better at eating non-meat diets.
That said there are some great Thai dishes such as morning glory, som tam and tom kha which don't pile on the fat (OK, perhaps too much tom kha might but don't do too much of it).

Mmmmmmmm tom kha is my favoriteeeee. I get it with shrimp but still it's delicious. Then I get pad Thai or pad see ew with tofu. Mmm then add any sort of fried rice and its perfection

Tom kung kah is the most popular way of serving it. Gai being next.
I love all the Thai food, particularly the names.
I love chewing on some poo
