What about turkeys hunted in the wild rather than raised for slaughter? You have to be a hell of a hunter to get a turkey. I'd say anybody nabbing a wild turkey with a bow has earned their meal.
I guess those turkeys do deserve a memorial. Worthy prey, or something like that.
