- 2 Cups Bread crumbs whole wheat (white bread is fine, see note to prepare)
- 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Pound Ground Beef 85/15 * see note
- 1 Pound Italian Sausage mild (sweet or spicy is fine)
- 2 Eggs large
- 1/2 Onion sweet, yellow, grated
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced fine
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese fresh, shredded fine
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley freshly minced
- 1 Tablespoon Basil dried
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil for hands
GARLIC BREAD
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp oil
Oil
Plastic wrap
Flour
Rolling pin
Melted butter 1/4 cup
3 chopped cloves
2 tbsp coriander
Oil brush
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Water
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp paprika powder
I already have a rolling pin I have to open.
½ S/N Asian (40%+ Chinese) ½ Norwegian/Danish-Irish Swiss (Amish/PA) German French Dutch? French+Dutch Celtic-Irish English-Irish?

You may get a bit sick if you ad those to it tbh, but it's not like you have to go to work or anything so **** it, go nuts
eat all the kitchen utensils you want hun! throw in a whisk and a couple'a sporks too for extra zest!¬ -

i dont know about the cost but the time involved in making this is expensive. if you like to cook then meatball away. if not, order from doordash or ubereats and have a local italian place make it
