I am browsing Pinterest for recipes, a general search of recipes, and I just remembered, oh it hit, you're "dead meat" if you don't indulge in a variety of homemade fried foods and get an air fryer, and the instructions made me feel like I couldn't do it, just got a small one, and I stored it early on and never used it.
Now, everyone is yelling at me for getting 90 hot dogs, or 12 packs (of 8.) I froze them for emergency snacks. I just take Vitamin E on top of cholesterol pills and keep exercising frequently or at least 2 heavy sessions a day not muscle-wise but take all the vitamins for muscles mostly every day.

Isn't it okay to have a ham sandwich every other day but some people just have 3 slices of meat?
I found 1 hot dog a day was okay, but I eat 2 at a time and sometimes 4 a day then.

Use chatgpt.
Make a complete inventory of your kitchen. Copy the info to the AI and ask for recipes. Be sure to mention your diabetes. Place * next to any ingredients on the list you need used up sooner due to expiration dates and be sure to tell the Ai to prioritize those ingredients.
