Pizza every other day but not necessarily fast food. Rotate my favorites like my favorite way to eat Italian. My favorite baked / local grocery rotisserie chicken with white or yellow'd rice, a good steamed fresh vegetable/s on the side, a nice SALAD. You get the picture.

Things that evolved from a long time ago, at home, like my favorite kinds of potato's, healthy bread included, well cooked fresh vegetables, good cuts of meat, etc. Eating out is a must. Then I also spice things up a bit but keep it real.

Fast food fun with friends every weekend. Things I like at home including a good hamburger at least with just ketchup. Make sure I do my round of pizza once a week. Take out. My favorite dishes with fresh vegetables.
