Why would he do this? Do you realize my generation and my kids generation will now suffer. We will no longer know the lives we know now. Most americans have money have luxurious lives. Or even average amount of money but a good living. Can you say goodbye to prosperity?

Is this a fake post? The interest on debt funding the Iraq war alone will be greater than the stimulus package. Add to that the direct cost of Iraq, Afghanistan, and paying social security for the boomers and the least of your worries is 700 billion being pumped back into the US economy, 350 billion of which Bush gave away already for use as company perks and corporate bonuses. The Federal Reserve has done all it can already, doing nothing proved to be a failure in the 30's and it would be a failure again. Don't believe the hype, this isn't like the little recessions we've had periodically in the last several decades. The economy is an engine and engines can't run without fuel; fuel for the economy is money in the hands of consumers.
