70s b-movie thriller about a giant radioactive diamond.

Hello. I am trying to find the title of a b-movie thriller about a giant diamond.
what I can remember:
1.the movie was made in the 70s or early 80s. it's a b-movie thriller, probably italian.
2.it's set in an exotic country, probably somewhere in Africa.
3.a black miner goes in a cave and discovers a giant diamond, in the size of a big rock. he puts his hands on the diamond and he burns them, because the diamond is radioactive.
4.he goes out and finds a white guy, I think a geologist or someone who works in the diamonds mining industry. he shows him his burned hands and brings him back to the cave.
5.the black guy stands in front of the diamond and starts talking about it: he reveals that this diamond was a popular legend among his own people, and he was the first one to discover it after all these years and that he will become rich.
6.the white guy who is sitting behind him, grabs a pick and hits his back with it and kills him. the guy soliloquizes that the diamond belongs to him now.
7.there is another scene where another white guy finds out about the diamond in the cave. he goes there to examine it. the villain attacks him, grabs his head and puts it on the diamond's radioactive surface. he burns his face until he dies.
that's all I can remember from the movie. any idea what the title of the movie might be? -
