would react to Rory being impregnated by an engaged man. Do you think she'll still be considered St. Rory with everyone thinking she's the perfect role model and town's greatest accomplishment?

Well, it's well known by the town that she had sex with Dean when he was married. Dean's mother-in-law accosted her in the middle of town then she and Dean started dating her again. People love her, but know she's no saint. Plus, they all love Lorelai, and she was an unwed teen mother when she came to Stars Hallow.
