It's a bit pointless to speculate who would be the better boyfriend for Rory, because it really only depends on what the writers are doing with them.
From what we've seen in the show so far I can say that I like Logan; even though he has some weaknesses he seems to have a good and generous heart, and he always ends up doing and saying the right thing. Everything is big and flawless with him, and very flattering - all too perfect and smooth, which makes him and Rory a bit boring together imo. They have strong feelings for each other, but there's something about their relationship that seems so business-like. At some point I started enjoying the scenes between Rory and Logan's father much more than those between her and Logan, haha!
I prefer Jess, because I find him more interesting and passionate. He seems to have a special connection with Rory, his input makes her think about her life and ultimately inspires her to fulfill her potential. He seems deeply in love with her, but a relationship with him would probably be more difficult and challenging than with Logan. He doesn't make life comfortable, but since he seems to be way more at peace now I guess it could work. I would definitely love to see it.
