After several years I decided to go see a movie that my wife picked. Should have known better. Less than halfway through she's the one that suggests to leave. Terrible movie. The daughter is the worst kind of millennial, hating her mother for not being perfect or something. It was hard to focus on such a brainless, unfunny production. Should have known better.

Notice my thread said after several years. She goes to see almost everything I want to see so once in 6 years..give me a break with your comment. And if she wants to see something like 50 craps of Gray; then she has her friends to accompany her.

So, why don't you have your friends to go see whatever "50 Craps of Grey" you want to see? You force your wife to go to the movies for whatever you want, but then when she wants to pick the movie you're like "oh, go with your friends, have fun. I'm such a great husband."

Somehow I doubt it was your wife that "suggested" leaving.

It wasnt very good. It had a few funny scenes but it was just your typical dumb comedy. You cant bash it too much because it is just a silly comedy but it seemed very rushed and poorly written. I think they could have spent more time with this film and gave it some substance to make it better. Just seemed like someone wrote this in about a day.

Oh. My husband thought it was hilarious, and so did I. The kids in the movie were annoying, but I wasn't watching it for them. The "bad mom"s made the movie.

Your wife sounds like a real lucky gal. No but really, could you just leave her now please so she can have a chance at finding real love?
Why do people so frequently get told to read the book on a
                        movie
                        database?

Wow you guys are tough- they are allowed to NOT like a movie. Some people just don't get R- rated comedy..
