Yes. Near the beginning when Mila was narrating, she briefly mentioned that he was a successful real estate broker. Then she started trashing him for being a lazy bum.

They didn't say he was areal estate broker they said he was a mortgage broker. There is a huge difference. Mortgage brokers don't make all that much money.
