          Deep Rising
          The Thing
          Braindead
          Freddy 1-6
          Resident Evil 1-3 (games)
They should get inspired by these movies for season 3.

Filming should take place in Michigan .

But New Zealand looks exactly like Michigan LOL.

The entire movie "Deep Rising" was AWESOME.
It also had one of the coolest endings ever.

Stephen Sommers has continued to make excellent films though. His "Odd Thomas" was the only PG13 horror film that I liked and it was kick ass.
