Without Cat Grant I don't see why they should continue having Kara work at Catco. It's ridiculous that she is getting on the job training to learn how to be a newspaper reporter. They should have her work with the Special Crimes Unit or for Lena Luthor (to keep an eye on her). If they must force her to work for Catco media company they could at least introduce WGBS as a Catco holding and let Kara be a tv reporter for Morgan Edge.

They may want to Keep Catco for cat Grant to return to the series in some capacity. It's Kara's connection to James and Ms Grant They want to keep.

And James is not lame. Besides, I love CatCo as a location. It's sunny and pretty and welcoming. A lot like Kara.

I like Catco. Ditch it and it becomes another flash and arrow.
We don't need to see it every episode. I can accept that. But not gone completely.
Besides Cat will return. If catco was gone forever then Cat goes forever too.
