She needs to go back to being in every episode, like she was in S1. Won't happen for real-world reasons, but it's what the show needs.

Nah she sucks, cliche character, dumb, threaten to fire Kara every ep, she's supposed to be a rival for Lois but is not humble like her who came from nothing, dumb and dead
