They cut her character, she was only in one episode for maybe 1 or 2 short flashback scenes. Her character was supposed to be alive actually, something must've happened behind the scenes, she was originally supposed to be the main villain. I think it had to do with Dave Erickson leaving at the end of season 3 so they changed the story as they were filming.

That's a shame. I loved her in Buffy and I think she deserved a decent follow up. I think she has health issues though.

Yeah I heard about this too, but I don't know if she already had her health problems during season 3 of Fear
