It was YOU who wanted to come back to Doctor Who and you’re supposed to have all these brand new amazing ideas, 15 years worth! You didn’t though and it was just more of the same wasn’t it. Now I know you read these threads so please listen to me with heed…do you WANT Doctor Who to do well?!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and PULL YOUR SOCKS UP!!! You’re supposed to be playing to win!! Your writing has matured over the years as we have all seen with Years and Years, It’s a Sin and Cucumber Tart! So where was that with the new series of Doctor Who? 15 YEARS WORTH!!!
Yes I’ll admit that exposing us all for the racists that we are and never knew about was masterful, as you demonstrated with Dot & Bubble, but where is the REST of the genius?!!!
I have a spawn to support now, so Doctor Who is not as much for me but for HIM!! So WRITE for him!!!

He really does need to get his act together for the next series. Even eternal fan Tharries has a new video out saying it could be better. If he was just some new writer/showrunner cutting his teeth then this series would be a solid promising start…but he’s a veteran master craftsman of experience of his trade and he’s had 15 YEARS to come up with something good and we just got more of the same…only it was more brief this time.

Is it a Tharries video? I’m not sure that I want to watch a none Tharries Who video about Sue Tech. Also I preferred Chibnall’s finale to that last one with Sue Tech.

If he could channel all of that energy and knowledge into something else then I’ll give it a watch. I just find Sue Tech a boring villain who was taken for walkies by the Doctor.
Maybe he should do a theory on the Fisher King.

I think Fisher King is up there with Bertie Bassett Bobby and it's far too intellectual for even the most die-hard Whovians to possibly understand

It can be a charm and a blight depending on how you look at it. After Chinball's muppetry it's a blight - he's not a hangover friend that's for sure
