The movie isn't five-stars, but this review is. That said, I enjoyed it quite a bit. The visuals were insane. The story was solid. And most of the humor actually worked (as opposed to the forced humor in Ant-Man and parts of GotG).
I'm probably going to see it again, but right now, I can't decide if it's an 8 or 9 out of 10. Really enjoyed it though. One of Marvel's best solo movies.
There you have it. A five-star review from a five-star man.

The humor was definitely Marvel's best. Most of the one-liners were very well set up, with a few cheesy throwaways akin to previous movies.
But my god, that line Tilda Swinton spits out the first time she brings Strange on a ride is probably the best line in the whole MCU. -

Honestly, I think the humor here is the best they've had since the Avengers (the first one). I still think they tried to make too many jokes, but most of them worked, so I'm fine with it.

- You seem to be confused about what I actually did on the Star Wars board, and it's certainly not what you're saying. I did report that MSW was mostly accurate in their plot outline that was released like a year before the movie came out. But that was after TFA was released. I just said that MSW was right, and people who doubted them were wrong. If you think someone was spamming the board there, then you're confusing me with someone else (probably that "carrot" guy who actually DID spam the board).
But I'll keep playing nice though. Not expecting the same from you, but I'll keep up my end of the bargain.
Let's get this thread back on track, Dream.
