Wikipedia gives Tobias cast as Crozier, but hey, it's Wikipedia, so better take it with a barrel of salt.
My guess is that he is playing either Crozier or Fitzjames.

Yes, it's officially Tobias Menzies as Crozier and I'm thrilled. He will be terrific in the leading role.

I'm replying to my own link - Jared Harris is Crozier, Tobias Menzies is Fitzjames, still great casting.
