Released in 2023, The Black Mass is inspired by real events and set over a 24-hour period in Florida during the winter of 1978 and centres of serial killer Ted Bundy.
In this period Bundy stalked and killed college girls.
The reason why I watched this is because it has my wife Kathleen Kinmont in it and here she plays Brenda, a barmaid.
Her role as Brenda is a brief one and it was lovely to see her here as she is so beautiful and lovely.
During her scene, my wife Kathleen as Brenda says to cool off.
Whether it is a coincidence or not my wife Kathleen's Fraternity Vacation co-star Barbara Crampton said to cool off and in my wife Kathleen's presence in that very movie.
My wife Kathleen's scene is the only thing I like about The Black Mass as it did find it gripping at all in spite of its subject matter Bundy.
I appreciate the intention of this film as acknowledge in its note at the end that this is about acknowledging Bundy's victims not Bundy himself.
