You didn't understand it, did you. I'll explain. Nell assumed that Eva would want a termination, because she was raped. Eva categorically stated she DIDN'T want to terminate as it wasn't the bub's fault. Nell killed the pig so Eva could get the nutrients she needed. They also used every bit of the pig, nose to tail, for soap, and for food later in the year.
Not even sure what point you are trying to make. She didn't abort, nor did she want to. It was one sentence in the film, and Nell was shot down as Eva wanted to keep the baby. What is fundamentalist about that? You imply they were wrong to slaughter the pig, then you complain its anti abortion. Would you rather Eva had starved to death, taking her baby with her? Why are they idiots? -

. I hope you understand what the word 'choice' means. Keeping a baby is as much of a choice as terminating, no matter what the cause of conception. Just because it's not
your
choice doesn't make it the
wrong
choice.
