Movie title - please help!

There was this movie in the 80s, a somewhat typical college movie if I recall it right where this guy falls asleep after dinner and dreams about himself and his girlfriend being trapped in his stomach, shes hanging on to an apple that floats around inside and he tries to save her from being dragged into his intestines thats when he wakes up, jumps from the bed, runs to the bathroom and throws up. Its clear somehow that hes got a mild food poisoning from last nights dinner, which caused the weird dream thats as much as I remember.
Anyone have a clue what Im talking about? Thanks in advance!
