Dredd is another great action movie that came out in the same year and has a group of people working their way through a building owned by a crime lord at the top. Similar plots

Its sequel, THE RAID 2
You can also try MERANTAU (2009) as well which is from the same team & actors (Gareth-Iko-Yayan), just don't expect gory and brutal fighting as the Raid films are. It's more of a drama with many good fighting scenes in it.
