Seriously, how many times do you have to punch or kick a man before you conclude they have no impact and are therefore ineffective? That last fight just wouldn't end.

Well, I'm pretty sure those boxing matches went differently than the fights seen in the film, with a lot of blocking, grabbing and holding involved. I'm pretty sure nobody could survive the fights seen in this movie for how long they went on.

I have to agree, i mean it's ok movie, but the last few fights were too much. Those fast action scenes (right after they axed the floor as far as i remember) with knifes , brutal headshots in the middle of the fight and a bit of martial arts were 10/10.

Yeah, the fight was just pointlessly wrong. The hero also suddenly forgot to fight good enough and was fighting average to prolong the fight even more.
Watch the real life original MMA fights, they didn't even last minutes most of the time.
