Hannibal was amazing the first 2 seasons. They killed it by making it way too pretentious and artsy. They started focusing way to much on visuals. It's like half the episode was upclose hi-def shots of slow mo blood droplets.
Mr. Robot is becoming the same way.
But to each their own, hannibal wasn't bad at the start. -

The first two seasons are excellent, but be warned that they push the envelope in terms of gore(at least gore that can be shown on network television.) Season 3 has its hits and misses, but overall it's still much better than most shows on television.
