Total rip-off of an Outer Limits episode

I just caught this on SyFy and noticed the similarities to an Outer Limits episode titled 'The Invisible Enemy' based on a short story by Jerry Sohl (also known under the pseudonym Nathan Butler).
While no credit was given to Jerry Sohl, the movie 'Tremors' was most likely inspired by his short story also.
