Earlier this year a cast list was leaked with her name on it Maybe she was playing the real butcher? Their body types looked similar.

At the end when they rolled the credits they showed the names for the "Real Butcher " and the "Real Polks" and they were unrecognizable names.

I'm still holding out hope that the Butcher and Scathach were played by stand-ins in this episode. I was really wanting to see familiar faces in those roles. I like the real Ma Polk, but she is no Franny Conroy.
