American Horror Story: Roanoke closed out its incredible sixth season Wednesday night and will definitely go down as one of the best installments in Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuks anthology series. Read Marc Snetikers full recap here.
But enough about Roanoke lets talk about season 7!
So shortly after AHS wrapped up its final hour, FXs social media account for the series sent out this odd, nautical-esque message.
Why water? Is that a clue to next season? Could it be some sort of boat-related AHS? Is it based on the Carnival Poop Cruise of 2013?
The astute folks at PopSugar also pointed out that in the final moments of AHS: Roanoke a miniature ship crashes to the floor and the camera lingers on it. Well, that cant all be a coincidencecan it? I mean, we are talking about a series that created several fake teasers to throw fans off the plot of this last season before its September premiere.
When EW asked Murphy about next season in September, he told us, Its also a narratively strange idea. Ive already started to call people saying, Put this on your calendar. Its a good one.

When did this happen? Did I miss something? I turned my tv off at the last scene, was there more after?! Did I not see that? Can someone let me know, thank you.

The ship fell to the floor during the Ghost Chasers segment. Between that and the AHS twitter account posting a ton of oceanic images I think everyone may really be onto something here.
Can anyone think of any other water/ship-related clues that happened this season?

I'm actually afraid of cruise ships. It'd be a true horror to me to ever be on one. I can't swim, am scared of the open ocean & just would feel like I could die at any moment. Plus, I feel like they are very dirty (germs)/& seedy, like there is weird stuff going on behind the scenes; people stealing stuff out of rooms or something & I would have a huge issue with feeling caustaphobic for sure.

Thanks, Qrispy! I think I remember that ship now. I was thinking they were talking about something else that may have happened after the end credits at first! I turned the tv off when it ended, but then worried, "What if they showed some ending/thing afterwords?!"
