Please, please, please post which movie theatre this was. It's so great to hear that there are still some places that will throw out a disruptive viewer and I'm sure many other film fans will want to know.
Just for future reference, when people on IMDb talk about rude and unpleasant people who ruin the film for everyone they're talking about you.
Not surprised you haven't seen your friend since then. She probably died of shame at knowing you.

Book: You're going to burn in a very special level of hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theatre.
        Sorry couldn't resist.

I don't blame you at all. This movie is not for everyone. The only thing about this movie that I personally regret is the fact that I saw that sh**** Bollywood ending. 🙂
Btw I and my friend saw La Belle et la Bete movie on Sunday and a group of teenage girls were very noisy too. And what happened? Nothing. Nobody threw popcorn at them. Those people who did it are no better than you are. But that doesn't mean you should have said some comments about it. If you don't like the movie you can just leave your theater and don't talk about it.
But I have to admit that I also talked to my friend at the beginning of the second hobbit because I needed to tell him how awesome Jennifer Lawrence is (we saw American Hustle before the movie) 🙂

Kind of an over reaction on the part of the OP I think, but that's the French for you. They act on their emotions.
