Duckman episode that ends with people watching people on hidden cameras?

There was an episode of Duckman that ended, I think with Duckman being watched by some nefarious characters through a hidden camera. Then we pull back and see that THOSE characters are being watched themselves. And so on. I remember it was really creepy, especially as the evil laughter continued in the credits.
