The game has a cruel sense of humor. The game spawned Lilith in a trailer park infested with zomboids.
All she had insider her backpack:
Baseball bat
Hammer
Bottle water
Bag of chips
Granola bar
She used the baseball bat to kill as many zomboids as possible before the baseball bat broke! Oh noes!
She was scratched on her hands and torso.
Her torso got infected. She recovered from the infection.
She ran through the trailer park avoiding dozens of zomboids hungry for human flesh.
She fled through the fields littered with hungry flesh eating zomboids.
She ran for the main road.
She followed the road until she reached a gas station.
The gas station had parked cars. But she was unable to inspect those cars because a zomboid was following close behind her.
She walked quickly and in some instances running at full speed while dodging zomboids wandering around.
She reached a large warehouse. Like very large. It was 2 stories. It had offices inside and a lot of other stuff.
Luckily for Lilith, inside the warehouse had very little zomboids inside. She killed them.
But there were more on the outside of the building banging on the windows and doors to get inside.
Lilith searched and searched for a weapon until…
She found crates filled with supplies! Vegetable seeds, saw, shovel, tools…
She grabbed the shovel and headed out the nearest door to outside. Only 3 more hours of daylight left.
She ran through the zomboid infested area. The zomboids were everywhere!
But they were slow. They were dumb and they lose attention fast.
She found a road leading to farmhouses and a farm.
She cleared as many zomboids around the farmhouse.
This is the perfect spot for her right now. It has almost everything that she needs for now. Food, appliances, TV, radio…
2 days of fog now. It is too dangerous to travel outside so she will wait it out for improvement. -

Lilith is doing better than I expected her to Donna. It seems that you have given her a decent skillset and secured her a ice base of operations in comparison to where she started off
It will be interesting to see how it progresses

I am doing my best keeping her safe with using my little gameplay experience.
Would you like to make her life harder? I have a mod that I use on Twitch for chat participation! With a click of your mouse, You can spawn more zombies for her to kill, you can injure her, or spawn weapons for her! It is interactive!
But only on Twitch though. -

Hey I also took your advice about changing the settings of the gameplay. I learned that you can customize the gameplay. Everything in it you can customize within the game settings. There are also helpful mods as well.
I reduced the number of zombies, reduced the rate at which they spawn, I customized the zombie behavior as well.
So I've customized the game to make it easier for me since I am basically a novice.
