For those who have the UK blu ray that was released by OptimumI was wondering, I know this is a Region B bluray but is it Region B LOCKED? I wanted to know because I live in US and would like to have this movie in Hi-Def.
A while ago I bought Optimum's All The Boys Love Mandy Lane which was Region B but not lockedseems they've been locking the recent releases though
*Common sense is not so common

Sorry to inform you, yes it is Region B locked.
I bought a cheap switchable Blu-ray-Player and switched it to Region A and tested it with the Blu-ray of Videodrome from the Criterion Edt., which are mostly locked to Region A. That Blu-ray would not play on the setting of the player to Region B. It took (as usual) several tries for the code sequence on the player to work. The player is a cheap Foehn & Hirsch from eBay, but I think it is no longer produced and I cannot recommend it (bought it used for Eur 60 today that would be Us$ 80), being noisy and some Blu-ray have problems (skipping), a newer firmware is not available.
A good chipped player should be available for a few hundred Dollars but I do not know if you watch enough Blu-ray from Zone B (or Zone C).

For most films I would first check http://regionfreemovies.com/ , but their search function is not really up to a film title like "F".
