What a bitch full of her own sense of authority and the idiot security guard as well. Was this a comment on jobsworths? In fact non of the characters were likeable
They all deserved to die

Agreed. She was a horrible woman and I was rooting for the hoodies to kill her. Same for the a-hole security guard. The daughter was a cow as well, was hoping she would get killed but knew she'd be one of the survivors.

So Robert killed her for revenge when he was in a state of hallucination(being drunk), then when he found her body, he was sober and quite shocked to seeing this.
