I'm disappointed that no one bothered to make a post on this board for furiously prolific and ubiquitous extra Mike Lally, who pops up all over the place on this show. This little old guy is right behind Peter Falk as the person who appears in the most Columbo episodes. Movie-Dude website has a great photo gallery for Lally not just for Columbo, but also for various movies he made cameo appearances in throughout his career.
