I don't mean to speak ill of anyone, but if Leno were to die tomorrow, or like, two days after his return to the Tonight Show, what do you think would happen? How do you think the NBC execs, mainly Jeff Zucker feel? Do you think Conan would get the Tonight Show back? Or would they prematurely hand it over to Fallon?

Leno is as healthy as a horse. Once he said his cholesterol is 146 and the guest, forget who it was, thought he was joking but he was serious!!
Leno said his faves a pasta, chicken, and steak so to have a cholesterol lower than most of US is amazing!!
Dana Carvey also joked with Leno about how healthy he is.
