Bundy was debonaire, sophisticated look. He had Charisma (when not raping).
Dahmer had the 80s tennis player, preparatory school grad look. Awkward socially.

The rreason they're "serial killer glasses" is due to Jeffrey Dahmer in the first place.
He and Hitler are the only two people I can think of who single-handedly ruined a style for everyone who came after.
