I was thinking of cancelling my HULU subscription, but I had "Southland" on my watchlist and was notified today that 43 episodes are now streaming on HULU for paid subscribersthat's all 5 seasons! Think I might just experience "Southland" one more time. I also have Amazon Prime, but it looks like you have to pay for each episode there. Good move HULU! "Southland" has lots of fans.

Yeah I've been rewatching it. I really hope this'll help introduce Southland to a new audience.
The one strange thing was that the later seasons seem to use different theme music, when I remember the exact same theme music being used for every season of the show. -

Try this again. We were never able to find it on any streaming sites so when it popped up on Hulu the other week she was very excited to say the least. I missed the show during it's initial run and am thoroughly enjoying it so far. At this point we are on Season 2, Ep. 4

I watched this Show when it was new and so so loved it, when it was cancelled I was very upset. The writing was first rate for the time (not so long ago) and shot so well. It had a Hill Street Blues vibe to it but a new and crisper look. S anyway just finished season 2 on Hulu, but to my amazement the first 2 seasons had 7 and 6 episodes I believe, that I don't remember. It would figure that NBC would deep six a great show like this but I am happy they did because if they kept it it would have been so watered down by their awful writers we would not have got those last 3 seasons. All great actors many have gone on to do much more.
