The stupid looped sirens, car horns, and people screaming. The sound effects acctually take away from the already poorly done film.

How many times do we have to hear these bimbos bitch and moan about being American, and does anyone speak English. You're in a foreign country! No, no one speaks English on average.
The special effects was a close 2nd as far as worst go.

Yeah, like nobody would have even guessed they were American in the first place. It might have helped if they were in any way likeable instead of two whiny self-centered dingbats. After about ten minutes you are cheering for the monster, saying "Take them! There they are, monster! Get them!".
