Worst monster flick I have EVER seen. WTF?? These two girls go to Japan to make a documentary, and they don't even know how to use a camera. All they do is point it at each other while chaos and mayhem is all around. But they don't show it, just each other, and half the time it's their midsections. And blackout after blackout for some unknown reason, and then when something happens like the monster is close, they focus in on grass, or rocks, then a blackout and them artifacts by the dozens, and then each other, anything but the monster and what just happened.
Sarah was a lousy actress. Erin was kind of good, she reminded me of what's 'er name in the Terminator movies.
But WTH was this "we've got to get this tape to dad so he can put it on Youtube so the world knows what's really happened"? Over two days of monstrous assaults, Tokyo in ruins, and she thinks they have the only video camera and that it's all going to be hushed up? By who? CNN? Don't think so
What a horrible movie. What a waste of time. It sucked.
Civilian: "No camera, no camera!
Sarah: "Ministry gave us permission. We're Americans".
Yeah, you stupid bint, permission to shoot within the Ministry with that one guy.
AAAARGH!
Who wrote this piece of garbage?

I felt the exact same way, I mean, if you are within a 30' radius of Bigfoot, 20-30 of them all around you and you have a video camera and all you video is your sister holding her hands to her face! Wtf is that ? Video the damn Monster, not your sister, a guy walking down the road laughing, feet, etc Such bull when they lure you in and all you get is crap And the camera conveniently screws up exactly the only times you wouldn't want it to if you wanted to make a good movie, but I don't think they came in from the start to even try to make it good, almost like they messed it up that bad on purpose

This movie clearly didn't have the budget to show much of the monster, so that's why we only get a disappointingly quick glimpse of the beast at the end.
You've seen Guy Standeven in something because the man was in everything.
