Help with the 'farm joke'

At the very beginning of episode 1x10 "Stennheiser-Pong Wedding Reception", a woman (I assume Jennifer Coolidge) is at a distance behind a fence, but can be heard speaking to Kyle while they unload supplies. She starts "Have you noticed that farms" and I'm pretty sure the words "essentially" and "the same" are in there, and Kyle answers "Yeah", but the ambient noise and speed of delivery make it too indistinct for me to make out.
What did she say?
Trying to figure this out distracted me to no end before I could even start the real episode!

I think she says
"Have you noticed that farms and trailer parks smell the same as a"
then I can't understand the rest.
