How many people would she consider sparing? I can imagine Dany trying to kill Jon without making it look like she killed him on purpose. The only living person with a better claim to the throne than me “just happened “ to be in the way when I was rotisserie grilling some Golden company soldiers. Oh well. Hero’s funeral and gimme my throne.
I could totally see that happening.

If everybody dies except Grey Worm, Drogon, and Daario Naharis (who I think is still in Meereen) she would be fine with that. As soon as she found out Jon was trying to swoop in, she probably was at peace with killing him, family status be damned. I don't think she's going to win though.
Mightn't I be allowed to keep my horse?

I think she technically “wins “ the battle becuase she burns Kings Landing to the ground but she ends being killed , so she never gets the throne despite the journey it took to get this far. So she loses the “game of thrones”.

That is a very likely outcome. The only person I strongly doubt will be victorious is Cersei.
